i work from home and need the internet for my job, now my internet is not working properly and affecting my ability to do my job. i spoke to a supervisor at technical operations and a foreman and they both tell me everything is fine with my internet despite emailing them proof from the company that i use to do my work. there is proof that a shaw node is causing the problem. i have had ongoing problems since last june with pixelation on my t.v. which they have not been able to fix despite having almost 20 service calls. there response is always go to telus, which is a joke because telus is no better. the foreman i spoke to was insulting and just rude, it is pretty bold to deny that the problem is caused by shaw when presented with evidence. my next course of action will be legal action against shaw and to name the foreman and supervisor as defendents in my civil claim.
