Gateway has My PVR Recordings not visible on the portals

Our recent installation went well and all of our equipment was functioning as expected when the Tech left (Thanks Dan! Great service). For some reason we now have an issue. While the Gateway has our collection of recorded programs and they are playing back without issue, the collection of recordings are not visible to choose from our portals. The My PVR Recordings area on the portals are blank. There are no recordings to select on the portal even though there are many on the Gateway. 

I have disconnected the power on the Gateway and waited at least a minute until I reconnected the power, but the portals still don’t “see” the recordings on the Gateway. 

 

Any suggestions what to do next?
