When logging on, I get "We're sorry. There seems to be something wrong."
Yeah, that happens...
Try again tomorrow....
Reload Shaw.ca and try again using the MY ACCOUNT button if you aren't doing that already.
It is possible that when you tried to access Customer Centre the server was down. I'm just checking in to ensure that you have been able to use this service since that time. Please let me know if this is not the case.
I'm still getting the "there seems to be something wrong" webpage. I've tried several times in the last few days and have rebooted. It does appear to have logged on as when I click back to go to the previous page as it suggests to do, I get the Customer Centre sign in page with my user id in the upper right hand corner with the option to sign out in the drop down menu. Should I create a new account?
Something wrong page, no don't create a new account, just have to wait for Shaw to fix their site.
If it has been an extended period of time, then contact an employee to determine if something else is going on.
It is possible that a browser caching issue is causing this. Can you let me know what browser you are using? This will allow me to provide instructions for clearing the cache in your browser, which may resolve this. Or, if possible, please try using another browser to see if this is the problem.
If you are using Internet Explorer, you can clear the cache by:
1) Click Tools menu > Internet Options
2) Under the General tab look for Browsing History. Click the Delete button.
3) Select Temporary Internet Files, and click Delete.
4) Close and re-open Internet Explorer
If you are still having problems I will send you a direct message to check your Online Customer Care account further.
I've tried it on 4 different computers with several different browsers plus I did Internet Explorer after clearing the cache. Still getting the error screen.
Thanks for testing this, this certainly tells us that your browser is not likely to be the problem here. I will be sending you a direct message to look into this, please check your Inbox at the top for this ^.
This is an ongoing problem and has been ever since we got Shaw.
I would like to see Shaw fix this permanently.
I tried to create a new email, first time in about a year and that is what I get,
"We're sorry. There seems to be something wrong."
Sorry you're experiencing a similar problem registering a new email using Shaw Customer Centre. I will be able to take a closer look into this, please check your Inbox at the top for a direct message from me ^.
This happened only when trying to create an email. It occurred on two different computers.
Then after I posted my message and tried again it worked.
My main complaint is that this has happened before many times so I never know when it will work.

I edited some personal information from your last post which you likely did not intend to share publicly. Everything you post here is part of the Community, however I also sent you a direct (private) message which you can find in your Inbox at the top. If you reply to the direct message there, only I will see the information you reply to. Please check your Inbox at the top for another message from me after I have had a chance to check this.
Hi Jennifer (I assume), I had a chance to check your account and I also could not replicate the problem. I understand that it worked for you when you tried this time. The server which registers new emails will occasionally be down. If you experience this again when trying to register an email, a representative would be happy to assist with the registration. You can also direct message me any time, and I will do my best to reply as soon as possible to help.
I'm having an issue with logging into Customer Centre. It shows I'm signed in but on redirection to the my.shaw.ca page it throws an error: "We're sorry. There seems to be something wrong." I have tried this on IE9/10 and the latest version of Chrome on two different computers so it's not my browser or my PC. This error also appears if I even go to the shaw.ca home page and click on the "My Account" menu link on the right hand side of the page. Can someone give me a hand here?
That definitely sounds frustrating. This can happen when the account is logged in, but "stuck" in our system and needs to be corrected by our operations team. If you navigate to http://webmail.shaw.ca, you should see your name in the top right corner. Please click this, and then click "sign out". If you navigate back to http://secure.shaw.ca, you will be logged out of your Customer Centre account.
May I please ask you to try to recreate your Customer Centre profile with a new username? This can sometimes correct the account without having to send it to our operations team to correct. Please click on "Create an Account" on the main page at http://secure.shaw.ca after trying the steps above. Please let me know if you're still taken to the same error page after creating a new username and password.
I created a new account and that seems to have worked. Thanks for the advice!
Great! I'm glad that worked for you, Russ. If you run into the error message again, please don't hesitate to post back to let us know.
Just to add, Customer Centre has not been working for months. It is only now that I need to use it.
Do you get the error when you try to load the site or when you actually go to sign in? If the problem is happening at sign in I strongly recommend that you create a new account.
I have tried many things like that.
The "Create an Account" link also redirects me to the same error page (...shaw.ca/error.aspx?aspxerrorpath=/customercentre/).
If you are seeing that just be clicking the button then it might be a browser issue. I have tested my account and the site is up and running properly.
So there are two steps that would be important in troubleshooting here and just want to confirm you've tried them; the first is to use a different brower (Chrome, Firefox, IE). The other option here is to clear your browser cache and reset your browser to default.
Oh yeah, I even tried on a Mac at an Apple store once (didn't work)...
