I have a ping app that pings out every 2 secs. In the last week, I've had 505 small disconnects - ranging from 4secs to 2min42secs - totalling 1.5% of the available time. And this is on the cable connection, not wifi.
I just signed up for 150MB service a few weeks ago; I did not have this issue prior to install of the Arris XB6 modem which is brand new. I'm not impressed given the price of this 'premium' service.
Anyone else seeing this issue? Solutions? (I have rebooted modem, etc)
