losing the connection to the network

from time to time i cannot change channels or access the guide for a few minutes.i have talked to tech support and gone through the usual unplugging the coax cable and power and having agents refresh the box but it keeps happening. have other blue sky users had this problem? does shaw know about it and when will they fix it?
