PVR Message -- "Error Occurred"

Occasionally I get an "Error Occurred" message.

This usually relates to a program that I had scheduled to record.

On the message there is an "OK". 

I can not activate the "OK" and therefore the message stays on the screen.

Also, the message only partially displays -- I have attached a picture.

In order to fix this problem I have to reboot the PVR.

After I reboot the error message is gone.

Also, when I check the recording that supposedly had the error, there was no problem when I watch the program.
