My internet drops out about 6-8 times a day for days on end and then is fine for a few weeks and starts all over. I have contacted Shaw several times and get a different answer and solution each time and then I am promised that it is fixed for good, but it never did. I am highly disappointed in Shaw and cannot wait to get out this contract. I have a Hitron router. It drops out completely and can only be fixed by unplugging and restarting the router or holding the reset button down. It then takes 10-20 mins to restart. I have been dealing with this for almost a year now and I am very frustrated.
