bond wire

Not a big deal because I fixed it for now, but you should send over a technician one of these days to my home address, to properly install the bond wire from the shawbox outside my house to the in situ grounding rod.

When they installed it they did not provide mechanical protection for the bond wire, so it eventually broke off from the grounding rod, likely because it got hit by the weed wacker or lawnmower.


Basically they need to drop by and install mechanical protection, so it does not happen again.


But like I said, no rush because I put it all back together and it does not affect my cable connection.
