On June 19, the person I spoke with in the Loyalty Department told me I could expect a call in the next couple days from the "Winback Team".  (This was triggered by using the words "disconnect service").

 

It's now June 25, and I haven't heard anything back.

 

Thanks for lying to me again Shaw.
