My.shaw.ca - Balance owed information removed

I don't see a better place to post this, but I noticed that the billing area of my.shaw.ca has recently changed removing the current balance of your account to be shown on the main screen once logged in. I've pasted a link below from the billing area of the form that shows how it used to look. 

 

Now, in order to know if I have a balance owing I have to contact a rep. Is there a way this can be fixed?
