Trying to save my e-mail to my HD. Under preference tab, I don't have import/Export tab, has it been removed or is it done differently now?
That is very odd, I just tested my personal Shaw webmail account and see the import/export options available. I will recommend logging into your webmail.shaw.ca account through a different browser. The steps are still the same which are outlined here: How to import/export contacts, calendars and accounts in Webmail.

Thanks for checking that it still worked on your end, so it had to be my settings. I changed my sign in from standard to advanced and I now see the export/import option. Thanks again.
