Notified by Shaw that my current bill was ready. Clicked on View Bill, went in to "My Shaw" and just got the circle going round and round and round.
That was yesterday. Today over 24 hours later, same thing.
What's up ?
I haven't heard of any reports of issues with My Shaw and I am able to access my personal account with no issues. Have you tried using a different web browser or check to see if you are able to log in through the My Shaw App?

I don't really want to us an "i" app for "My Shaw". I've used online billing for many years and all of a sudden it won't work. My user ID and password populated automatically. Of course the password is "*********" and your system doesn't provide a way to see it. So I changed my password, in the event that was the problem, however with the circle going round and round it seemed I had gotten beyond the password. Still just the circle round and round.
Do I have to go back to snail mail, just to see by bloody bill !
Sorry to hear that the trouble is persisting. What browser are you using and are you noticing this on other browsers as well?
No problems with any other sites (if that's what you meant)
I was wondering if you notice this on other browsers like Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox. If you don't have other browsers, are you able to try this on IE Private Browsing?
I've been having the same problem. Turns out if I use my old ID and password I can get in. So I doubt it has anything to do with which browser your using.
Same problem. All I get when I login is a blank screen and then it takes me back to the login prompt. Tried both Chrome and IE.
Just tried two other PC's, one with Firefox and same thing. My account is seemingly dead.
Ok, I chatted with support and they had me change my password. I still can't get in on IE (although I do get more then just a blank screen now) but I could get in with Chrome.
Sorry to hear about the situation, allanbay2 and jeffusa. I am going to send you both a private message to collect your account details. Please see your community inbox.
I updated my post above. I'm think I'm good now. Thanks.
Sweet, thank you for the update!
