Last Tuesday my TV Guide on the Arris Gateway went from the time-grid listing layout to showing just the channels. Obviously this is useless for a PVR, as nothing is being recorded. I have reset the Gateway and each portal individually, verified each portal has the guide setting enabled, but to no avail. I was on hold with Shaw support for 48 minutes before the call was dropped.
How can I fix the guide so I can actually see what is on each channel?
