Wondering where my Shaw webmail folders are? When i open shaw webmail there are no folders visable.
Thank you for reaching out. Do you normally access your email folders through www.webmail.shaw.ca or through an email client such as Outlook, Thunderbird, etc?
If you sign in through a web browser, are you able to create new folders or delete folders? Are you able to try using a different browser to see if the same issue persists (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome)? Also, can you please post an image of what you see and block out any important information so we can find a solution with you?

Hey..thanks for reply.I use Win 10 and Chrome to access shawebmail.I was going to try and access from a different browser but of course i can't remember my password.So i guess i have to try and reset that and then try and see if that works.I still need to clear cache and see if that does anything.Will try clearing cache and see if that helps first.
Same here. But it only happens on one of my two PC's. They both have Windows 8.1 and Chrome (Same version). Yet Webmail on one PC does not show any folders.
It may be a cache or Chrome extension related issue. Are you able to clear your cache and see if the folders reappear with Chrome? Do the folders appear when you use Internet Explorer to open your Shaw webmail?
I tried that but it still doesn't work. Now it doesn't work on both my PC's, with Chrome. But it does work with Firefox on one of my PC's. I don't have Firefox on the other one.
By the way, it's more than just the column having no folders. If I click on the arrow next to New Messages and select Folder on the drop down list, a popup listing the folders should come up but it doesn't. It does pop up on Firefox.
jeff do you have any ad-block extensions enabled in Chrome? I will recommend disabling them and testing again to see if the folders show up.
Bingo! It's uBlock Origin. Disabling it brings back the folders.
