one tv has no hdmi and bluesky apparantly only has hdmi
We only have HDMI cables available. If you require a different connection, you would need to check with your local electronics store for options.
When you show up at someones door for a new account and they dont have hdmi do you just walk away and say buy a new tv?
Sorry if you take this the wrong way,as I mean nothing personal, but I am sort surprised that shaw does not have them. They are not expensive but they do take time to arrive from china. I am going to have some upset kids on a new system that only works on hdmi.?? What about optical???
I understand how that can be frustrating. The BlueSky box only connects with HDMI, and we do not carry any sort of conversion cables.
Newer cable boxes are designed to be compatible with newer TVs. Even the cheapest TVs have come with HDMI connections for years. You can't blame Shaw because Bluesky boxes don't support a long dead connection type.
If you had researched, you could have easily seen that they only support HDMI, and ordered an adapter ahead of time (or chosen a different option).
