Ive been trying to log in to my Customer Centre account, but it's telling me the info is incorrect. So on the off chance that I had the info wrong, I tried the "forgot password" function, but after entering in my account number it is saying "This is a linked account. Please use your main account number". I get this same message if I try to create an account too.
I can't find any other account number on my bill.
What does this mean?
