WE are unable to access the Internet for the past hour or so. We have restarted our modem a few times and still cannot get on successfully.
Please advise if the are issues currently in our area.
Sorry to hear you're experiencing this interruption in internet at the moment. I'm not finding any area issues in Richmond at this time. Can you tell me a bit more about your setup? Is your modem wireless? Do you also have a router connected to the modem? What lights do you see on your modem?

Hi jeff, i can't access the internet too. and i also try to restart my modem, but nothing seem to work. And the lights is flashing in a sequence.
There's no issues in Richmond at the moment. What lights on the modem are flashing?
