Channel Addition/Activation Request

When our package was upgraded last week the tech I was talking to on the phone sent me a PDF containing our channel lineup. Included in the lineup was HBO Canada (West - HD). Today a tech was here to do, among other things, coordinate the activation of a number of other new (to us) channels. Unfortunately HBO wasn't among the new channels activated.

 

Would it be possible for you to determine if HBO is supposed to be a part of our package and, if so, activate it? Or, if the previous tech made a mistake by including it in our lineup, have it added to our lineup and activated?
