I have had the DC758D digital box for about a month and it was working great then one day the following:
- Turn on TV and Cable with remote
- Get two (2) seconds of snow and then five (5) seconds of blank screen with CABLE 12 appearing in bottom right corner, then blank screen
The remote does not have any affect on the status.
The remote can change the channel on the digital box screen but each time I repeat the process of "on" for both, the CABLE 12 still remains despite what channel is shown on the box screen
I went to Shaw's "No signal on TV" solutions (4) and proceeded with #3 - Power Cycle the Digital Box. No change after completing that process. The other three solutions are good.
I don't get it. Without any warning or me mucking with it, this took place and remains.
