Has to be done on Shaw's side, wrong time zone set set in the 'profile' for your terminal.
Hopefully a shaw-moderator can help get you in touch with someone.
Could try resetting it too - https://activations.shaw.ca/Activate.aspx as long as it isn't a Gateway/Portal, but I don't think resetting it will be the right answer, until the setting gets changed.

you cannot update the Time zone try a power cycle if that doesnt work try the activations link if that fails try calling shaw for some assistance
It's not very common for a cable box to display the wrong time, but this does occur occasionally. In these cases you will not be able to reset the time zone on your cable box yourself, we'll need to do this from our end.
