We lose our WIFI connection when our phone is being used. Not sure where to start with this issue. Hardware or service provider filter issue?
Likely a problem with signal interference, 2.4GHz phone 2.4GHz WiFi.
So hardware problem.
What can be done, try changing the channels on both the phone and the WiFi, or get a non-2.4 phone.
