I have no voice mail notification
First thing is to test whether voice mail is working. Push *98 on your phone. It will either allow you to enter your code to access your voice mail or will tell you that voice mail isn't set up.
Next, call your Shaw phone number from a different phone and leave yourself a voice mail message. When you then pick up your home phone, you should hear a quick "stutter tone" to indicate there's a message. If you have a message indicator on your home, it should also start flashing.
If voice mail is active but these steps don't give you either the stutter tone or the flashing indicator, let us know!
