Not Receiving Emails, Please Help

I am getting the following error message when checking for emails. I sent and received emails  yesterday and have not changed my password so why am I getting the wrong password error message?




Unable to send or receive messages for the cscameron account. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your user name and password for this account.
