I'm on hold for a ridiculous amount of time and I can't get my TV to work as it says I have no signal. Does anyone know if the cable is out on the North Shore of Kamloops? I'd be nice if I could get service......Thanks.
I was unable to find any area issues affecting TV service in Kamloops at this time. If you are seeing "No Signal" displayed on your TV, this could be that the TV source was changed. If you have the original remote control that came with your TV, try looking for an Input or Source button on this. Pressing this will allow you to change your TV's input, and you may find that this brings picture back. If this does not help, please let me know if you have any other TVs, and if these are still working.
