Question, If Shaw is having technical issues with equipment or weather problems, would it be possible to post such a notice? Continual rebooting computer and SHAW SUPPORT is ridiculous to finish a web page transaction.
At times when we are experiencing an issue in a particular area, we usually set up informational notices through our phone system when you call us for support. Currently, there are no online alerts, but I can take this away for you as a suggestion.
Matt, ty kindly for that. However, most times in my area, l find it difficult to reach support to inquire. If l use the telephone, it sometimes takes 1/2 hour or more. NOT always, but often. And if l posted a problem in email for support it might take few days........l know things are hard to achieve quickly for everyone. And l still support SHAW, so, l try to be patient and follow advice to fix issues..........thanks.
