When I call out or receive a callers can not hear me. Please advise by email as I can not phone anyone at shaw.
That's definitely a problem we'll want to get fixed for you ASAP. There are some things you can try on your end right now though to see if you can get this working. We've got some steps listed here: No Dial Tone on All Phones. It is a No Dial Tone document, but the same steps apply in your situation.
