I am installing the cisco wireless modem DPC 3825 in a house, the gateway desktop pc runs windows 7, has an AMD E2-1800 processor, 4GB DDR3 RAM, it does not have wireless capability installed, but I can easily connect an ethernet cable from the pc to the wireless modem.  I want to locate a wireless printer in another room.  My question is "do I need a USB wireless adapter on the pc to communicate with the wireless printer, or is it possible to connect the pc via ethernet cable to the wireless modem and communicate to the wireless printer in the other room?   Thanks for any advice.
