TV says:  "Channel data is missing, contact your service provider."

Help. I was just watching TV. Turned it off. Then tried to turn it back on again, but it won't.  It says: "Channel data is missing, contact your service provider."  I tried to reboot twice, but it didn't not work.  I'm getting tired of having to reboot my PVR every few days. Help me Shaw or I will be switching Service Providers.
