A shaw techinician just came to fix our phone after we moved to a new place,been over a week and it hasnt rung even once and no voicemail.and I am have been on hold for more than 30min on customer care.this is not how business is done at all!

I read through those steps and went to have a look at my phone box,the tech had plugged the phone cable(jack) in an extension in anticipation of us using more than one phone in the house so I removed it and plugged it back straight in the phone box.
Nice, that's good to hear. So just to be clear, it's set up now the way you want? Or did you need us to come and look at the wiring so you can use more than one phone jack?
