Channels are all mixed up in Tuscany. When will it be fixed?

Matt, I'm getting EVERY email you answer in my personal email box . Please advise how I can turn off this stream. I have received at least 10 today on subjects I'm not interested in, nor wanting. Please help!!!!!!!
I'm sure that's an annoyance! You can disable email notifications by accessing your profile (click your name when logged in at the top) and clicking Edit Preferences on the right. In there, you can disable notifications. This should stop them from coming to your inbox.
... except all my preferences are turned OFF and have been. I did not want to be receiving emails and made sure they were in the off position when I first logged in.
Likewise, issues with mixed up and missing channels in Tuscany. Called customer service, busy, left call back number.
My PVR recordings are recording the right channel except the content is now wrong (e.g. Discovery on 35 is showing and recording cartoons...)
I would be grateful for a fix. I did try the 30 sec reboot, just ended back where I started.
