I have my Shaw email forwarded to my gmail account. I just checked my webmail and noticed that a Shaw Promotions email was not forwarded. Any ideas on why other Shaw emails are being forwarded without problems and why this one wasn't?
I'd be checking your Junk folder in Gmail first

Nope, not in Gmail spam/junk folder. I have my Webmail junk email filtering set to 'Disable junk email filtering'.
But only the Shaw promotional ones? I don't seem to get any, so, I wonder if Shaw is just putting them in the Shaw Inbox, rather than emailing them then.
Hmm, that's weird. I'll have to keep an eye on future Shaw Promotions emails to see if the issue persists. Thanks for the response.
