TV - Mixed Channels

I live in Tuscany and I see a number of individuals reporting the same issue to SHAW.  The channels do not align with the TV guide, the S0a00  code showing on channels we normally can access - the response was to unplug PVR boxes and wait 30 seconds and reconnect, unplug the cable from the wall and TV -- this has not corrected the problem.

 

With a number of us facing the same issue - what is SHAW doing to correct?
