When I receive an email with a picture attached and want to forward it on, the email goes but the picture isn't attached. How do I fix that?
In Webmail? Options near the top of the message, Format as HTML.
Were you able to get this fixed with kevinds's suggestion? Please don't hesitate to reply back to this thread if you need any further help with Webmail.
Well if I am at the right place, it is already in HTML, but I could be in the wrong area. Wish I could explain it better.
I do only use Webmail, I don't have it up on my home computer. When I was looking around I can't even find something that will let me look at options, and settings. I see Preferences, and that only has login, timezone, and font. In standard view it doesn't offer any options that aren't already checked.
Thank you for checking that. Please change the account over to Standard View (if it's not there already). You can do this by clicking the "Standard" option beside Preferences, or if you don't have this option, the account will already be in Standard view.
Please click on Preferences -> Mail -> Composing, and make sure that there is a check-mark beside the option for "reply/forward using the same format of the original message". You'll also want to ensure that "As HTML" has been selected above that.
Please check that these settings have been enabled, and try forwarding a message that contains an image again. Please let me know how that goes.
