I have not been able to receive emails since 7:30 AM and was told Shaw is 'working on it' at 3:30 PM. I have missed a series of emails today for my business and am very concerned that you can't fix it. Please give me an update.
I'm sorry that you've been having email trouble, but the cause of the problem has since been fixed, although there is a backlog of emails which needs to be cleared. Here's the official thread where we've got updates:
