Shaw: I am working in Australia and I depend on Shaw email for my work. When will the system be up and running? Will emails that were previously sent to me be lost or will you send them to me?
I do apologize, as this has obviously caused you some trouble. The issue which affected email accounts has been fixed, but there are still some server delays. Can you try again to see if you're able to send/receive? As for email which was sent during the down time, unfortunately we don't know for sure yet if or when they will be received, but the latest information I have on that is that they have not been lost.

i Can now receive emails however there is a 12 hours period of emails missing, not available in my mailbox or webmails. This worries me. thx.
