Channels like TSN and TSN2 show the ref code while CTV2 and CNN work perfectly normal.
I'm sorry to hear that same of your subscribed Digital TV channels aren't working properly. Have you had a chance to try the steps outlined here: One Moment Please Error (Ref Code: s0a00)? Please let me know if you're still seeing the error message after trying those steps, and we'll investigate further.
I already tried those steps. No change unfortunately.
