Email Phishing

I'm receiving phishing emails from senders who, at first glance, appear to be known to me, except that their names are changed by one or two characters.  I never click on the link in the email, which I delete immediately.  I get several of these per week, and the senders' addresses are different every time. This is a typical example:

Tom Spith <*******>

In this case the name Tom Smith (fictitious) has been changed to Tom Spith.

I've set the McAfee spam filter to "Aggressive", with no effect.  The emails are not placed in the Spam folder, but they are labelled "[Shaw Suspected Junk Email]".  I've repeatedly run a McAfee full scan, each time showing no issues detected.  My email program is MS Outlook 2016, running in Windows 10.

How can I stop this spam/phishing annoyance?

Mod Edit: Removed email address
