I am moving at the end of the month and Telus has some good new customer incentives right now. I tried calling Shaw to talk to someone but the prompts they gave didnt get me to the right department and the online chat said I had to call a different number too. Is it worth the run around to talk to someone at Shaw? Telus said they could take care of cancelling everything for me. I have been with Shaw for 15 years, seems silly the don't try to get long term customers to stay - seems to be all about new customers. Has anyone else tried to talk to someone about switching providers?
