We got two boxes put in today and one of the times is wrong and thus, the TV guide is wrong too. Gateway reset not resolving issue and the TV guide is synched to it, which causes it to only show listings a day ahead at 3am in the morning. I've exhausted the online help FAQs. The tech just set this box up today, the other box has the correct time and the TV guide is behaving on that TV. So how can I resolve the one with the incorrect time?
