have done multiple refresh....shows no data or guide. Come on screen showing network down and then shuts off. Auto refreshes and comes back only to repeat again 5 minutes later
You mentioned receiver, are you with Shaw Cable or possibly Shaw Direct? If Shaw Direct, you can find their contact information here.
If you are with Shaw Cable, try unscrewing the cable off the back of the box and off the cable outlet, then screw the cable ends back on and see if you get picture. Also, is this a stand alone box, or part of a Gateway or BlueSky system?
