Some of the channels included in the Personal Tv bundle such as The Food Network and two additional channels I ordered are showing up as "not Authorized." I've already gone to Shaw twice about this and it's still not fixed.
Which model of terminals do you have? Only one terminal? Or more than one?
What did Shaw do when you contacted them?
