I have not received ANYTHING from shaw in ANY SHAPE OR FORM to-date regarding this issue or "LOST" e-mails.

We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We began notifying affected customers via e-mail after 6:00 p.m. (MST) by providing a summary of deleted messages that were unsuccessfully delivered to their account. The summary will include details of the deleted messages including the sender, subject and time of receipt. We expect this process to take approximately 24 hours to complete. Unfortunately, the content of the deleted e-mails cannot be recovered.
