Hitron CGNM-2250: can I change the admin port from 443 to 8443

I've upgraded our connection and got a new Hitron CGNM-2250 modem.

I'm hosting a server that uses port 80 and 443.

From the WAN accessing my host (using a publicly available name that resolved correctly to my IP) I get the admin login for the CGNM-2250.

Can I change the secure admin port on the CGNM-2250 to 8443?

Is there a method of configuring the modems so that if requests have a specific hostname the requests are routed to my LAN?

Interesting..  I am curious how you did that..  I don't have one now but it wouldn't let me do that (set itself for remote admin)

Specific hostname routed to your LAN, nope, not without root access,

Regardless, the modem's 80 and 443 shouldn't be open to the internet
