Since I upgraded to Shaw 150, the internet connection drops almost every 4 hours. When I say drop I mean it loses the WAN IP address and has to go through a full DHCP re-establishment. I can login to the Hitron router and the WAN Uptime is zero, the WAN IP address is "none". I was on Shaw chat support earlier today and they did a remote reset in hope that would resolve the problem and potentially force a firmware update. Seemed to do neither as my connection just dropped again 20 mins ago. Hitron router is HW version 1A, Software(firmware) version 220.127.116.11 Someone knowledgeable from Shaw support please contact me to resolve. Thanks.
