this morning I have had no success trying to login to any of the Shaw apps on my iPad. The apps shows that my login information is not recognized but that same information works on my desktop at the Shaw web page. Are the apps down?
I believe there was a known issue with login troubles recently, but it's odd that it worked on your computer but not the apps. Are you still having trouble with this?
Hi Tamara. Everything is working today. I think I read that the Shaw On Demand app has been removed and that we can now access that functionality via a web page.
Yes, the VOD app was recently retired but you can still order through Shaw On Demand
My shaw app worked for a few day, now just starts, blank screen, auto quit. But not on all devices...
Does not work on iPhone 6 plus but it worked flawlessly for a month
