I knew when I saw the new bill that, as a senior, it would be difficult to pay and continue with Shaw. When I phoned, regarding this issue, a young man named Craig, IP75, gave me a new option. Little did I realize, I signed for a time period. As a loyal customer, I was pissed. You showed no trust in me. Go back in my files and you will see I stuck with my words. You lied.
