I would like to know how this disruption of e-mail service happened. I would like to know how our e-mails were deleted. This is a major problem which should have been publicly announced. For the amount of money I have to pay every month to Shaw, I expect superior service. However, that has not happened on several occasions since I was forced to become a Shaw customer. Now that Rogers has bought Shaw, perhaps we will get the service we all deserve and expect from our internet provider.
