Received a replacement Hitron today. Old one had died.
I couldn't sign in. Service technician was unable to either.
He emailed service. They emailed back that the Hirton would be available within 30 minutes.
Frustrating! So even technicians can't make a phone call.
It's four hours later. I still cannot sign in...
And to be clear. Straightforward hook up. No bridge. Using standard IP address. Correct Username and Password.
Have restarted everything multiple times.
