can we link more than one email address to our Shaw Support Community account?
What are you trying to accomplish? The notifications to be sent to two email addresses?
Set up Shaw Support Community under one of our email addresses. I thought it would be better to have one profile, than 3 (one for each email address).
Reading your response gives me the perspective that if we have a problem with one email address; i.e. the lost emails that Shaw notified us about, we will find out on that email address and don't need to add the others.
Am I correct?
I'm not aware of a way to do that, depends on how many email addresses this site sends you, if you would want them to multiple email addresses.
Even if the emails from here were lost (many people turn them off), you should see them in the Inbox on this site.
Your question may have already been answered here, but you can only register one email address per Community profile. To have Community notifications sent to more than one email, you could set up email forwarding for this, but this would not be done through the Community preferences but rather through Webmail or your email client. In regards to the lost email incident on March 7 which affected some of our customers emails on this date, you would have received email notifications to the same email address containing information on the emails' subject, sender email address, and time sent.
