Any idea how to resolve this?
Something like this would mean that there is an issue with the account that will need to be fixed by tech support so you can log in again. There are a couple different ways you can get in touch with them directly. Please note, for email address maintenance we do need to confirm a few things with the account holder for security reasons, so if the account is in a different name, you will need to have the account holder contact us to resolve it.
